Dr. Koray ÖZSOY graduated from Gazi University with a degree in Electrical Education in 2004 and from Süleyman Demirel University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2013. He completed his master's degree in 2008 and his Ph.D. in 2016 at Mechanical Engineering the Institute of Natural Sciences of Süleyman Demirel University. Since 2004, he has been actively engaged in academic work and is currently serving as an Associate Professor at Isparta University of Applied Sciences. His 12 articles indexed in SCI have received 447 citations, with an h-index of 7. He has published 7 books with national and international publishers and presented 30 papers at conferences. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of 3D Printing Technologies and Digital Industry.

His main research interests are Bridge Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Engineering optimization, RBDO, MCDM, Historical Masonry Arch Bridges, Open Spandrel Concrete Arch Bridges, Artificial Intelligence, Seismic Resilience, Machine Learning. He has authored over 65 publications in archival journals, and conference proceedings, 3 Patent and 5 Research Project. Which have been cited for over 620 times and h-index 15 (Dec. 2025), by different researchers around a world. He is Editor and Advisory Board Member of the Research on Engineering Structures and Materials Journal and Editorial Board member of Bridge Engineering Report Journal, Topical Advisory Panel of Vibration Journal (IF=2, MDPI).
