Abstract

Amaç: Girişimcilikte başarıya etki eden faktörlerin literatürden tespitini yaparak, Ankara’da farklı sektörlerde görev yapan girişimcilerden alınan uzman görüşleri doğrultusunda önem sırasını belirlemektir.
Yöntem: Türkiye'de farklı sektörlerde faaliyet gösteren, farklı disiplinlerde eğitim almış, tecrübeli uzmanların görüşleri alınarak, girişimcilikte başarıya etki eden kriterler SWARA yöntemi ile analiz edilerek önem sırası belirlenmiştir.
Bulgular: yapılan analiz sonucunda önem sırasına göre, en önemli kriter risk alma, ikinci sırada yenilikçilik ve üçüncü sırada proaktiflik faktörü yer almıştır. Rekabetçilik kriteri en az ağırlık değeri ile son sırada bulunmaktadır.
Özgünlük: literatür incelenmesinde tespit edilen, girişimcilikte başarıya etki eden faktörlerin, Ankara’da faaliyet gösteren farklı sektörlerdeki girişimcilerin uzman görüşlerine göre önem sırası, SWARA yöntemiyle belirlemeye yönelik bir çalışmanın literatüre katkı sağlayacağı değerlendirilmektedir.

Determination of Criteria Affecting Success in Entrepreneurship and Determination of Their Importance

Abstract

Purpose: To determine the factors affecting success in entrepreneurship from the literature and to determine the order of importance in line with the expert opinions of entrepreneurs working in different sectors in Ankara.
Methodology: The criteria affecting success in entrepreneurship were analyzed by SWARA method and the order of importance was determined by taking the opinions of experienced experts from different sectors in Turkey, educated in different disciplines.
Findings: As a result of the analysis, risk-taking was the most important criterion, innovation was the second most important criterion and proactiveness was the third most important criterion. Competitiveness ranked last with the least weight value.
Originality: It is evaluated that a study to determine the importance of the factors affecting success in entrepreneurship, which were identified in the literature review, according to the expert opinions of entrepreneurs in different sectors operating in Ankara, by SWARA method will contribute to the literature.
