Font and Page Layout:
1. Manuscripts submitted to the journal must not exceed 20 A4 pages in length, including the reference list, tables, and figures, and must be prepared with 1.5 line spacing. The text must be in 11-point Times New Roman and use English font settings. Paragraph spacing should be set to 6 pt before and 6 pt after each paragraph. The page limit may be exceeded at later stages due to revisions requested by reviewers, page layout arrangements during production, author information, logos, and similar editorial additions.

2. Margins must be set at 2.5 cm on all sides of the page, including top, bottom, left, and right. Page numbers must appear in the bottom-right corner of each page.

Title:

3. An English title and an English abstract are mandatory; a Turkish title and Turkish abstract are optional. Titles and abstract headings must appear above the relevant text, in uppercase letters, centered, in 11-point bold Times New Roman, with 1.5 line spacing.

Abstract, Keywords, and JEL Codes:

4. All submitted manuscripts must include an English abstract and may also include a Turkish abstract. Keywords must be provided below the abstract in English and, optionally, in Turkish. Abstract headings must be in uppercase letters and centered. The abstract text must be italicized. The first letter of each keyword must be capitalized, and keywords must be left-aligned alongside the JEL codes. Abbreviations should not be used in the abstract, and the abstract must not exceed 150 words. Care should also be taken to ensure the abstract includes the study's purpose, methodology, findings, and conclusion.
5. All submitted manuscripts must include at least three JEL (Journal of Economic Literature) classification codes at the two-digit level, for example, Q11. The appropriate JEL classifications should be selected in accordance with the subject matter of the manuscript.

6.Abstracts, keywords, and JEL codes must be written in 11-point italic Times New Roman with 1.5 line spacing. Only the headings of these sections should be in bold.

Main Text and Section Headings:

7. The main text must be set in 11-point Times New Roman, with 1.5 line spacing and justified alignment. The first line of each paragraph must be indented by 1 cm. Headings and subheadings, starting with the Introduction and continuing throughout the manuscript, excluding the References, must be numbered decimally in the form of 1., 1.1., 1.1.1., and 1.1.1.1., and presented in bold. Unnumbered bold italic headings should indicate any further subdivision. Main headings must be aligned flush left with their numbering, while subheadings must be indented 1 cm from the left margin, together with their numbering. Only main headings should appear in uppercase letters; in subheadings, only the initial letter should be capitalized. A 6-point space should be inserted before and after each heading.

Tables, Figures, and Graphs:

8.Tables, figures, and graphs must be placed in appropriate locations within the text, centered on the page, and numbered consecutively, for example, Table 1, Table 2, Figure 1, Figure 2, Graph 1, Graph 2. Each table, figure, or graph must be assigned a title. Titles must appear above the relevant item, centered on the page, in 11-point bold Times New Roman. After the table, figure, or graph number, insert a full stop, followed by the title. The paragraph spacing between the title and the table, figure, or graph should be 6 pt before and 6 pt after. Tables may be presented in landscape orientation where necessary. The text within tables, figures, and graphs should be in a 10-point font. Source notes must be provided below tables, figures, and graphs in 9-point font.

9. Tables must not be inserted into the manuscript as direct outputs from software packages; authors are expected to prepare the tables themselves. As far as possible, tables should be formatted to fit an A4 page. Figures should likewise not consist of direct computer software outputs; instead, they should be presented as images and arranged so as not to exceed A4 page dimensions.

Mathematical Equations and Formulae:

10. Mathematical equations and formulae appearing in the text must be centered. They must be numbered consecutively throughout the manuscript, with the numbering placed in parentheses at the far right of the line.

In-text Citation and References:

11. Both in-text citations and the reference list must conform to APA 7 (American Psychological Association, 7th Edition) guidelines.
