Our journal started its publication life in 2018, with the number (e-ISSN: 2636-8838) approved and the name Yegâh Music Journal.
Our journal is both a national and international academic journal published twice a year, in June and December. The articles submitted for publication firstly go through the plagiarism process. Afterwards, if there is a requirement regarding ethical declaration, our authors are informed. The plagiarism limit is 20% in our journal. If exceeded, the article is immediately rejected. At the end of these stages, the editorial process begins, and after the necessary corrections, the article is sent to at least two referees. As a result of the feedback, if one rejection is received from the referees, the article is sent to a final referee. Accordingly, the publication of the article can not be published/published after being accepted/rejected. The blind system is preferred in the articles sent to the referees.
Music, music discussions, corpora, translation articles, research articles, criticism and new formations are evaluated in our journal. Research notes, thesis presentations, symposium activity evaluations, etc. in interdisciplinary fields. studies are also included. Each article should contain an abstract/abstract between 150-250 words in Turkish/English. In addition, as of June 2022, our journal requests an extended Abstract of not less than 700-1000 words after the English abstract and after the Source and appendices section of the article.
