No fee is charged from the author or institution under any name.
While the articles are uploaded to the system, besides the copyright transfer form, the authors are requested to deposit the operating fee (300 TL) into the account specified below. Afterwards, the articles of the authors whose information is checked by the secretariat are first subjected to a plagiarism report, and the conformity of the articles not exceeding 20% to the writing guide is checked and sent to the editor in terms of scientificity. The articles that pass the editor's approval check the receipt of the payment and the referee process begins. The refereeing process of the articles for which the fee is not paid does not start. In addition, all necessary developments at this stage will be notified to the authors via the media.
According to this;
1- In case of editorial rejection: 90% of the deposited fee will be refunded to the authors of the articles that are rejected as a result of the editorial review. The remaining 10% will be deducted as operating fee.
2- In case of rejection by the referees; Authors whose articles are rejected as a result of the evaluations of both the editor and the referees will be refunded 50% of the fee they have paid. The remaining 50% will be deducted as editorial, peer-review and operating fees.
