Journal of Management and Economics

CBU, Journal of Management and Economics (ISSN-1302-0064/E-ISSN- 2458-8253) is a bi-annual, international, multi-disciplinary and peer reviewed journal. Articles from a variety of social science disciplines like economics, business administration, international relations, political science and public administration have been published since 1995. 

Journal of Management and Economics is a referred international journal published thrice a year, April, August and December. •              Manisa Celal Bayar University The Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences Journal of Management and Economics is a refereed academic journal that has been published quarterly (in March, August, December) since 1995.

•  Manuscripts submitted to the journal will first be viewed by the Editorial Board then forwarded to the referees.The manuscripts should be pared according to the general rules of the journal in order to be sent to the referees. Otherwise the manuscript could be rejected. After the initial review of the editorial board, all manuscripts submitted to the journal are sent to two referees. According to the reviews sent by the referees, manuscripts may be accepted for publication, corrections may be requested, manuscripts may be rejected, or may be sent to third referee.

•                 Copyright Transfer Form that has to be signed by all authors must be submitted.

•   In line with the evaluation of the referees, Editorial Board will make the final decision, either in favour or against publication, or return the manuscript back to the author for any revision required by the referees. Authors will be informed of the decision of the Editorial Board regarding publication in the shortest time possible. Manuscripts which are not published will not be returned back the authors.

• The article should begin with an indented and italicised summary (abstract) of around 100 words, which should describe the main arguments and conclusions of the article. Abstract should be accompanied by up to 5 key words or phrases that characterise the content of the article.

• References should be in text in parenthesis and give the author’s surname, year of publication and page number. Footnotes should be preferred for any explanation. The required format is Microsoft Word for Windows. (at least version 6.0) Text should be typed single-spaced, in Times New Roman, font size 11. (Font size for Resources is 9). The whole article should not exceed 20 pages and the margins for a page should be as follows: Top 2,8 cm, Bottom 1,3 cm, Left 2,1 cm, Right 2,1 cm.

Manisa Celal Bayar University Journal of Management and Economics attaches great importance to publication ethics in terms of the development of scientific knowledge. In this regard, adhering to the Transparency and Sample Practice Principles in Academic Publishing determined by organizations such as the Publication Ethics Committee (COPE) and the Open Access Journals Directory (DOAJ), it undertakes to prevent wrong practices in publishing in accordance with the academic and ethical standards set out here.

Since Manisa Celal Bayar University Journal of Management and Economics is open and adhered to the principle of free academic publishing, authors are not required to submit article processing and submission fees.

All content in the journal can be accessed on the web page as a full text, without any restrictions and delays.

Before submitting your article, we kindly ask you to read the following principles and the Editorial Conditions of the journal carefully. Articles that do not comply with the stated principles and rules can be returned to the author.
