Multidisipliner Ekipte Yer Alan Meslek Gruplarının Çocuk İstismar ve İhmaline İlişkin Görüş ve Tutumları

Öz

AMAÇ: Bu çalışma, multidisipliner ekipte yer alan meslek gruplarının çocuk istismar ve ihmali ÇİVİ konusunda görüş ve tutumlarını değerlendirmek amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak yapılmıştır. YÖNTEMLER: Araştırmanın örneklemini Kayseri Kocasinan ve Melikgazi ilçelerindeki Adliye, Emniyet, Milli Eğitim, Sağlık ve Sosyal Hizmetler Müdürlüğü’nde çalışan 362 kişi oluşturmuştur. Veriler, tanıtıcı özellikler anket formu ve ÇİVİ’ye İlişkin Öyküleri İçeren Anket Formu ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde; tanımlayıcı istatistikler, Kruskal Wallis Varyans Analizi, MannWhitney U ve bu testlerin post-hoc testleri kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın yapılabilmesi için etik kurul, ilgili kurumlar ve katılımcılardan sözlü ve yazılı izin alınmıştır. BULGULAR: Multidisipliner ekipteki profesyoneller arasında ÇİVİ konusunda en az öğretmenlerin %18,5 , en fazla sosyal hizmet uzmanlarının %93,3 eğitim aldıkları belirlenmiştir. ÇİVİ ölçeğinde meslek grupları arasında, duygusal istismar alt ölçeğinde istatistiksel olarak önemli bir fark bulunmazken, fiziksel, cinsel, fiziksel olmayan istismar ve ihmal alt ölçekleri puan ortalamalarında gruplar arasında istatistiksel olarak önemli bir fark bulunmuştur p

Opinions and Attitudes of Occupational Groups Located in Multidisciplinary Team Related to Child Abuse and Neglect

Öz

OBJECTIVE: This study was conducted descriptively to evaluate opinions and attitudes of occupational groups located in the multidisciplinary team about child abuse and neglect CAN . METHODS: The sample of study consisted of 362 people who work in administration of justice, police department, directorate of national education, directorate of health and social services that located in town Kocasinan and Melikgazi, Kayseri. The data were collected using a descriptive charac teristics questionnaire form and questionnaire form including narrations about CAN. The descriptive statistics, Kruskal Wallis, Mann-Whitney U and post-hoc tests were used for analyzing data. This study has been allowed to be done from Ethical Committee, the permission of the institutions and participants as oral and verbal. RESULTS: It was determined that teachers had received training at least 18.5% , social workers had received training 93.3% most between professionals in multidisciplinary team about CAN. Between occupational groups in CAN scale, while there was no difference statistically in emotional abuse subscales, there was a statistically significant difference between groups scores the mean scores of physical, sexual, non-physical abuse and neglect subscale p
