Travma Tedavisinde Psikodrama Kullanımı: Sistematik Gözden Geçirme

Öz

Travmatik yaşantılar insan yaşamının kaçınılmaz bir parçasını oluşturmaktadır. Psikodrama ise, travmatik yaşantıların çözümlenmesinde ve travma sonrası gelişen ruh sağlığı problemlerinde sıklıkla kullanılan müdahaleler arasında yer almaktadır. Bu çalışma, ergenler ve yetişkinlerle yürütülen travma odaklı psikodramanın etkililiğini inceleyen araştırmaları sistematik bir şekilde gözden geçirerek bu çalışmalara ilişkin genel bir çerçeve sunmak amacıyla tasarlanmıştır. Araştırma modeli, sistematik gözden geçirmedir. Sistematik gözden geçirme için; PRISMA rehberi kullanılarak Science Direct, Scopus, Pubmed, Cochrane, Wiley Online Library ve Ulakbim veri tabanlarında tarama gerçekleştirilmiştir. 2021 yılı Temmuz ayına kadar yayınlanan çalışmalara yönelik yapılan taramada, Türkçe ve İngilizce dillerinde, “travma”, “psikodrama”, “rol oynama”, “psikolojik travma”, “stres bozuklukları, akut travma ” ve “stres bozuklukları, travma sonrası” terimleri kullanılmıştır. Dâhil etme ve hariç tutma kriterlerine göre toplam 14 araştırma çalışmada incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda deneysel ve karma yöntem içeren çalışmalar ele alınmıştır. Çalışmalar; araştırma desenleri, çalışma grupları, ölçme araçları, uygulanan müdahaleler, seans sayıları/sıklıkları/süreleri ve elde edilen bulgular açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, ergenler ve yetişkinlerle yürütülen travma odaklı psikodrama çalışmalarının travma tedavisinde etkili olduğu görülmüştür.

The Use of Psychodrama in Trauma Treatment: A Systematic Review

Öz

Traumatic experiences are an inevitable part of human life. Psychodrama, on the other hand, is among the interventions frequently used in the resolution of traumatic experiences and mental health problems that occur after trauma. This study was designed to provide a general framework by systematically reviewing the studies examining the effectiveness of trauma-focused psychodrama with adolescents and adults. The research model is systematic review. For systematic review; The databases of Science Direct, Scopus, Pubmed, Cochrane, Wiley Online Library and Ulakbim were searched using the PRISMA guide. In the search for studies published until July 2021, the terms “trauma”, “psychodrama” ,“role playing”,“psychological trauma”, “stress disorders, traumatic acute”, and “stress disorders, post-traumatic” were used in Turkish and English. A total of 14 studies were examined in the study according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. In this context, studies involving experimental and mixed methods are discussed. Studies; were evaluated in terms of research designs, study groups, measurement tools, applied interventions, number of sessions/frequency/duration, and findings. As a result, trauma focused psychodrama studies conducted with adolescents and adults were found to be effective in trauma treatment.
