This study examines the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies into quality management, defining Quality 4.0 as a key advancement in manufacturing. By combining traditional methods with Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, big data, and automation, Quality 4.0 enables proactive decision-making, efficiency, and sustainability. Beyond technology, it emphasizes people, processes, and innovation. The shift from traditional quality management to Quality 4.0 provides a transition from reactive defect control to data-driven quality assurance, optimizing processes and enhancing customer satisfaction. This study offers a thorough systematic review of the literature on Quality 4.0, using the theory, context, characteristics, and methodology (TCCM) framework. This study adhered to the SPAR-4-SLR protocol and analyzed 35 articles, retrieved from the Web of Science, that specifically address Quality 4.0. Our study examines the related literature under themes such as competence, governance, stakeholders, digitalization, and external factors.
