HealthCoin Kavramının Sağlık Finansmanında Gelecekteki Rolüne İlişkin Tematik Analiz ve Sistematik Bir Derleme

Öz

Bu çalışma, sağlık sektöründe yenilikçi bir finansman modeli olarak öne çıkan HealthCoin kavramını kapsamlı bir biçimde ele almaktadır. HealthCoin, bireylerin sağlıkla ilgili davranışlarını teşvik eden ve sağlık hizmetlerine erişimi kolaylaştıran dijital bir finansman aracı olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Araştırmada, sistematik literatür taraması ve görsel haritalama yöntemleri bir arada kullanılmıştır. VOSviewer ve SciMAT yazılımlarıyla gerçekleştirilen analizler, HealthCoin’in blockchain teknolojisi, sağlık finansmanı ve sağlık teknolojileri gibi ilgili tematik alanlarla olan ilişkilerini ortaya koymuştur. Elde edilen bulgular, HealthCoin’in sağlık sektöründe maliyetleri düşürme, bireysel sağlık davranışlarını yönlendirme ve inovasyonu destekleme potansiyeline işaret etmektedir. Bu bağlamda çalışma, dijitalleşme ve blockchain tabanlı uygulamalara yönelik yeni bir bakış açısı sunmayı hedeflemektedir. HealthCoin’in bağımsız bir blockchain altyapısı üzerinde geliştirilen ve altcoin kategorisinde konumlandırılan yenilikçi bir finansman aracı olması, sağlık sektöründe sürdürülebilir ve yenilikçi çözümler için önemli bir paradigma değişimini temsil etmektedir.

Thematic Analysis and Systematic Review on the Future Role of the HealthCoin Concept in Health Financing

Öz

This study comprehensively examines the concept of HealthCoin, an innovative financing model emerging in the healthcare sector. HealthCoin is defined as a digital financing tool that incentivizes individuals' health-related behaviors and facilitates access to healthcare services. The research employs a combined approach of systematic literature review and visual mapping techniques. Analyses conducted using VOSviewer and SciMAT software reveal the relationships between HealthCoin and thematic areas such as blockchain technology, health financing, and healthcare technologies. The findings indicate HealthCoin’s potential to reduce costs, guide individual health behaviors, and support innovation within the healthcare sector. In this context, the study aims to offer a new perspective on digitalization and blockchain-based applications. As an innovative financing instrument developed on an independent blockchain infrastructure and positioned within the altcoin category, HealthCoin represents a significant paradigm shift toward sustainable and innovative solutions in healthcare.
