Öz

Paylaşım ekonomisi, insanların sahip olma ihtiyacı duymadan ürün ve/veya hizmetlere daha fazla erişime sahip olma durumu olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Sahiplikten erişime bu geçiş, önemli sosyal, ekonomik ve çevresel faydalar sunmaktadır. Sağlık bakım kaynaklarının kıtlığı, dünya çapında yaşlanan nüfusla birlikte uzun süredir devam eden küresel bir sorun olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu kıtlığı gidermeye yönelik olası yaklaşımlar sağlık sektöründe paylaşım ekonomisi modelinin uygulanmasını beraberinde getirmiştir. Bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerindeki gelişmelerle birlikte sağlık sektöründe yeni paylaşım ekonomisi örneklerini görmek mümkündür. Bu çalışma ile paylaşım ekonomisinin sağlık sektörüne yansımaları bütüncül bir bakış açısıyla ele alınarak örneklerle açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Sağlık sektöründe paylaşım ekonomisinin çeşitli etkilerine değinilerek sağladığı faydaların yanı sıra karşılaşılan zorluklar ele alınmıştır. Bu amaçla, çeşitli veri tabanları taranarak paylaşım ekonomisinin sağlık sektöründe nasıl uygulanabileceğine dair bir çerçeve sunulmaktadır.

Diversity of the Sharing Economy in the Healthcare Industry: Applications and Reviews

Öz

The sharing economy is defined as the situation where people have greater access to products and/or services without the need to own them. This transition from ownership to access offers significant social, economic and environmental benefits. The scarcity of health care resources is a long-standing global problem with an aging population around the world. Possible approaches to address this scarcity have led to the implementation of the sharing economy model in the healthcare sector. With the developments in information and communication technologies, it is possible to see new examples of sharing economies in the healthcare sector. In this study, the reflections of the sharing economy on the health sector were discussed from a holistic perspective and tried to be explained with examples. Various effects of the sharing economy in the healthcare sector are touched upon, and the challenges encountered as well as the benefits it provides are discussed. For this purpose, various databases are scanned and a framework is presented on how the sharing economy can be applied in the healthcare sector.
