İNSAN SAĞLIĞI VE BESLENME FİZYOLOJİSİ AÇISINDAN MAGNEZYUM

Öz

Canlıların yaşamsal faaliyetlerinde önemli işlevlere sahip olan magnezyum, insan vücudunda, intrasellüler miktar olarak potasyumdan sonra ikinci, genel olarak vücutta 70 kg’lık bir insanda 2000 mEq bulunan dördüncü iz elementtir. Bu derlemede; çok sayıda enzimin reaksiyonunda aktif olarak görev alan magnezyumun genel ve fizyolojik özellikleri, sağlık açısından önemi, eksikliğine ve fazlalığına bağlı metabolizma bozuklukları ve vücut magnezyum dengesinde ikinci derece etkili olan gastrointestinal emilimini etkileyen faktörler özetlenmeye çalışılmıştır

Öz

Magnesium having important functions in the vital activities of living things; In the human body, it is the fourth trace element found in the second after potassium, in general in the body, generally in the body 2000 mEq in a 70 kg human . In this review; The general and physiological characteristics of Magnesium, which is active in the reaction of thousands of enzymes, the importance of health, metabolic disorders due to deficiency and excess, and factors affecting the gastrointestinal absorption of body magnesium balance are tried to be summarized briefly
