The Training Level of Special Education Teachers in In-Service Training
Öz
In this study, we both dwell on the importance and rudiments of meeting persistent educational needs of special education teachers in order for them to be attuned to the developments in their profession and to be productive and generative, and their need for the training as long as they work, and the information towards substructure of in-service training. Beside these, raising the competencies of special training employees, access to programs and numeric distributions via inservice training are also included. With in-service training, we help special training teachers gain new information and skills at least in their own field, benefit from educational technologies, use these Technologies and share qualified application samples. In the study, we deal with and discuss the aims and principals of inservice training – essential for special training teachers – and the usage of these aims and principals in various dimensions
