Dijital Hastalıkların Tespitinde Etik Bir Model Önerisi

Dijitalleşme ile birlikte toplumsal olguların tümünde yaşanan değişimleri gözlemleyebileceğimiz bir alan da hastalıklardır. Dijitalleşmenin olumsuz etkilerinden sayabileceğimiz insanoğlunun ruh ve vücut bütünlüğünde ortaya çıkan hastalıklar ile mücadele etmek bu hastalıkların tanınması ve teşhis edilmesi ile mümkün olacaktır. Dijital hastalıkların ortaya çıkmasında dijital ortamların olumsuz katkısı ile birlikte yine bu ortamların sağlayacağı veriler tedavi için ne yapılması gerektiğini önümüze sererek bir yol haritası oluşturulmasına olanak sağlayacaktır. Peki, bu hastalıklar hakkında veri toplama ve hastaların kendi durumlarının farkında olmalarını sağlayacak bir yöntem bulunabilir mi Bu yöntem insanların özel yaşamı ve veri toplayanlar açısından mesleki olarak etik midir Bu makale dijital hastalıkların teşhisi için etik bir model önerisinde bulunmaktadır.

Abstract: As a result of digitalization, various digital diseases emerged in the social sphere. Digital diseases are one of the negative effects of digitalization. The intervention of digital diseases will be possible with the recognition and diagnosis of these diseases. Data for digital diseases will help create a roadmap for what to do. It will also contribute to the treatment of digital diseases. But, is there a way to gather data on these diseases and to help patients become aware of their situation Is this method professionally ethical for people's private lives and data collectors As a result, this paper proposes an ethical model for the diagnosis of digital diseases.
