In this review, the definition and basic principles of adaptive control systems and applications of adaptive control to food process industries were explained. Adaptive control systems and their applications are suitable for the systems where variations in system parameters are large and system behaviors are nonlinear. In addition, adaptive control systems present a great potential for the improved efficiencies of these systems

Adaptif kontrol uygulamalarının değişiminin çok olduğu ve genellikle doğrusal olmayan gıda işleme sistemlerinde de başarıyla kullanılabileceği ve sistem veriminin büyük oranda arttığı sonucuna varılmıştır
