Vulvada Lipom: Olgu Sunumu

Öz

Amaç: Vulvar benign kitlenin yönetiminin tartışılması. Olgu: Bu makalede 40 yaşındaki kadın hastada sağ labium major kaynaklı 11 cm boyutunda vulvar lipom olgusunu sunmaktayız.Sonuç: Lipomlar mezenşimal dokudan orijin alan insanlarda en sık görülen neoplazmlardır. Lipomlar genellikle birkaç santimetre büyüklükte olup nadiren 10 santimetreden daha büyük boyutlara ulaşabillirler.Vulvar lipomlar Bartholin bezi kisti, Nuck kanal kisti, liposarkom gibi patolojilerle karışabilmektedir

Vulvar Lipoma: A Case Report

Abstract

Objective: To present the management of a benign vulvar mass.Case: In this report we present a 40-year-old women with a mass in right labium major that measured 11 cm and was diagnosed as vulvar lipoma after surgical excision.Conclusion: Lipomas are the most common tumors originating from mesenchymal tissues in humans. They are often small tumors and rarely found to be larger than 10 cm in size. Bartholin gland cysts, canal of Nuck cysts and liposarcoma must be differantiated from lipomas
