KÜRESEL ENTEGRASYON SÜRECİNDE STRATEJİK BİR OYUNCU OLARAK RUSYA VE ULUSLARARASI KURULUŞLAR

Öz

Küresel entegrasyon süreci, devletleri ve uluslararası kuruluşları ekonomik kalkınma, iklim değişikliği, çevre kirliliği ve uluslararası çatışmalar gibi karmaşık sorunlarla mücadelede iş birliğine yöneltmiştir. Bu bağlamda Birleşmiş Milletler (BM), Avrupa Birliği (AB) ve Güneydoğu Asya Uluslar Birliği (ASEAN) gibi kuruluşlar, çok taraflı çözümler geliştirme çabalarının merkezinde yer alırken, büyük güçlerin bu yapılara katılımı küresel sorunların çözümündeki etkilerini artırmaktadır. Sovyetler Birliği’nin çöküşü, küresel güç dengesinde derin değişimlere yol açarak Rusya’nın uluslararası kuruluşlarla iş birliğini daha aktif bir şekilde şekillendirmesine zemin hazırlamıştır. Sovyet mirası ve BM Güvenlik Konseyi’ndeki daimi üyelik gibi avantajlar, Rusya’nın küresel düzeyde etkisini artırmasına katkıda bulunmuştur. Ayrıca, Avrasya Ekonomik Birliği ve Şanghay İşbirliği Örgütü gibi bölgesel oluşumlar, Rusya’nın modern dış politikasında önemli rol oynamaktadır. Makale, Rus dış politikasının uluslararası kuruluşlarla ilişkilerini tarihsel miras ve güncel stratejik hedefler çerçevesinde analiz etmekte, bu bağlamda BM, APEC ve Karadeniz Ekonomik İşbirliği Örgütü gibi platformlardaki etkisini ele almaktadır. Rusya’nın iş birliği stratejileri, uluslararası düzenin şekillenmesinde aktif bir rol oynadığını göstermektedir.
