Every current knowledge is the sum of the experience and accumulation of the past. In other words, person builds his/her work on the heritage of the past. The situation is like this in literature and art. It can also be seen from this point of view to the expression Platon’s the art is an imitation. Every art is emerged from the imitations of present ones. So, each new carries traces of past. While they are written, the literary Works are inspired from previous written resources. Our classical literature is full with the examples of this. In point of fact, these can be said for all the Works of literature and art. The intertextuality in modern litarary theories showes itself as an important area for he determination and criticism of such relations. Despite two centuries between them, intertextual relationship in their poems named “çağırırım dost dost” Niyazi-i Mısrî’s from the well-known sufi figures of the seventeenth century and Mar“aşîzâde Ahmed Kuddûsî’s, who lived after two centuries from him, to this situation are clearly evident. In addition to being the sufi of both poets, the similarities of common denominators in their lives reflects to their statements. This kind different looks conduce to know details of the literature and art for us, besides, these are important from the perspective the revealing that it is a great injustice to see as the fault working the similar subjects in our classical literature. In this study, it will be tried to reveal the intertextual relationship in their poems of two sufi poets who were washed in the same mystic sea even if they lived in different centuries.
