Evaluation of Primary School Teacher Self İmprovement For Teachers Opinion

Öz

This study aims to determine the desire of primary school teachers’ self improvement. In this study, desire of primary school teachers’ self iprovement are commentated attention to their gender and priority according to teachers’ opinion.94 primary school working within the borders of Afyonkarahisar and depend of town, and 34 graduate student of Educational Faculty assisted the survey with their views in the process of gathering data. According to the t-test scores applied to the findings teachers’ views regarding the has not significance value of .05 difference when their genders are taken into acconunt. According to anova test scores applied to the findings teachers’ views regarding the has significance values of .05 difference when their priority are taken into account. Same measure is performed to 34 4th students of Educational Faculty and compare primary school teachers’view. According to t test scores applied to the findings teachers’viewa regarding the has significance values of .05 difference. This siginificance difference in favor of 4th student of Educational Faculty.
