Eşref Üren’in Sanatında Sezgisel Yaklaşım ve Doğanın Lirik Yorumu

In Eşref Üren's works, where introspection meets intuitive approach, nature takes center stage. The artist provides information about the landscapes, streets, and climate of the cities he lives in through his works. While Üren's art exhibits a variety of subjects, Ankara, where he has lived in recent years, has frequently been the subject of his works. In these intuitive pieces, the connection the artist establishes between objects and himself is conveyed through his sensations. Üren has freely transformed nature and his impressions with his lyrical style. In his artistic journey, the emotions he has internalized, combined with the traces of his memory, are reflected in his works through color, line, stain, and brushstrokes. Instead of directly reflecting elements of nature with his gestural style, he conveys them through interpretation. This research aims to examine the role of intuition, which is prominent in structuring Üren's works, and its effects on his art. The understandings that influenced the artist's style and his life, which he incorporates into his works, will be explored through his artwork. A qualitative research method has been employed, and the artist's works have been evaluated through descriptive analysis and stylistic analysis. In this context, selected works from different periods of Üren's work, consisting of landscapes, still lifes, figures, and cityscapes, were examined through color, line, brushstroke, light, and compositional analyses. The research revealed that Üren's use of brushstrokes and his understanding of color not only directly convey external reality but also offer a space for intuitively expressing the artist's inner world. Üren's works transform into narratives that uniquely present lyrical and symbolic aspects through impressionistic influences.

İçselliğin sezgisel yaklaşımla bir araya geldiği Eşref Üren eserlerinde, doğa birinci planda yer almaktadır. Sanatçı yaşadığı şehirlerin manzaraları, sokakları ve iklimi ile ilgili eserlerinde bilgi vermektedir. Üren’in sanatında konu çeşitliliği görülmekle birlikte, son dönemlerinde yaşamını sürdürdüğü Ankara, eserlerine sıkça konu olmuştur. Sezgiselliğin ağır bastığı eserlerde sanatçının nesneleri ve kendisi arasında kurduğu bağ, duyumları aracılığıyla aktarılmaktadır. Üren, lirik üslubuyla doğayı ve izlenimlerini serbest bir biçimde dönüştürmüştür. Üren’in sanatsal serüveninde içselleştirdiği duyguları, belleğinin izleri ile buluşarak eserlerinde renk, çizgi, leke ve fırça etkilerine yansımaktadır. Lekesel üslubuyla doğadaki ögeleri bire bir yansıtmak yerine yorumlayarak aktarmaktadır. Araştırmada Üren’in eserlerini yapılandırırken ön planda olan sezgiselliğinin sanatındaki yeri ve eserleri üzerindeki etkilerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Sanatçının üslubunun oluşmasında etkilendiği anlayışlar ve eserlerinde kesitlere yer verdiği yaşamı eserleri aracılığıyla incelenecektir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmış olup sanatçının eserleri betimsel analiz ve üslup çözümlemesi yoluyla değerlendirilmiştir. Bu kapsamda Üren’in peyzaj, natürmort, figür ve kent tasvirlerinden oluşan farklı dönemlerine ait seçilmiş eserleri renk, çizgi, leke, ışık ve kompozisyon çözümlemeleriyle incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, Üren’in eserlerinde lekesel fırça kullanımı ve renk anlayışının sadece dış gerçekliği birebir aktarmadığı, sanatçının içsel dünyasını sezgisel olarak aktardığı bir alan sunduğu bulgulanmıştır. Üren’in eserleri izlenimci etkilerle lirik ve sembolik yönleri özgün bir biçimde sunan birer anlatıya dönüşmektedir.
