Özet:

Allerjik rinit (AR), respiratuar mukozanın inflamasyonu ile karakterize bir hastalıktır. Yaşam kalitesi ile beraber okula ve işe devamı da etkiler. Topikal nasal steroidler ortaşid-detli AR’de tedavi seçeneğidir. Antihistaminikler, intranazalkorti kosteroidler ve antilokotirienler diğer tedavi seçenekleridirler. Bu yazı AR’in günümüz tanı ve tedavisindeki yaklaşımları konu edinmiştir.

Allergic Rhinitis And Treatment

Öz

Allergic rhinitis (AR) is the disorders of the airway characterized by inflammation of the respiratory mucosa. It
affects quality of life, school and work attendance. Also it
isa risk factor for development for asthma. Topical nasal
corticosteroids are the treatment of choice for moderate
to severe AR. Also antihistamines, intranasal glucocorticosteroids, antileukotrienes are the treatment options.
This article subjects the current clinical approaches to the
diagnosis and management of patients with AR.
