Dr. Abdulkadir Özden is an Assist. Prof. in Civil Engineering Department, Sakarya University of Applied Sciences since January 2020. He received a bachelor's degree from Ataturk University in 2005 and worked for the industry for few years. Then, he received M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Delaware, USA in 2010 and 2017 respectively. During his time in the USA, he participated in many research projects in Delaware Center for Transportation at UD and worked closely with the Delaware Department of Transportation. After returning to Turkey, he worked for Eskisehir Osmangazi University between 2017 and 2020 and taught transportation courses at both Eskisehir Osmangazi University and Eskisehir Technical University. His research interests are Transportation Planning, Traffic Engineering, Intelligent Transportation Systems, Urban Public Transport, Micromobility, and Sustainable Urban Mobility.
Dr. Ana M. Petrović is a physical geographer and a PhD in biotechnical sciences. She started her career at the Faculty of Forestry – University of Belgrade, and since 2013 she has been employed at the Geographical institute "Jovan Cvijić" of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts, as a research associate. The main topic of her research are hydrological and torrential processes and hazards in the watersheds. Dr. Petrović received several awards and certificates of appreciation for her work and has been a member of editorial boards of journals and organizing and scientific committees of international conferences.
Dr. Andrea Miano is currently a researcher at the Department of Structures for Engineering and Architecture, University of Naples Federico II (UNINA), Italy. He got his master degree in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering in the 2014 and he received his PhD in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering and Seismic Risk in the 2018 at the University of Napoli Federico II. The main research interests are herein summarized: structural health monitoring of existing constructions (buildings and infrastructures); combined use of remote sensing techniques and artificial intelligence for the large scale monitoring of urban environments; safety-checking of existing structures; performance-based earthquake engineering. Moreover, he is involved in many international collaborations and he participates in some research projects founded by national or international agencies or private companies. He is author of many publications on international journals with focus on his research themes.

Dr. Seo is an Associate Professor of Structural Engineering in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at South Dakota State University. His areas of research expertise include image-based seismic vulnerability and resiliency assessment; multi-hazard simulation of renewable energy structures; structural behavior examination of irregular structures; self-consolidating concrete; structural health monitoring; reliability analysis; load rating estimation of various bridge types; field testing and computational analyses; and lateral live-load distribution factor examination.
Ramazan Cansoy is Associate Professor of Educational Administration in Karabuk University. His current research interests include school leadership effects, instructional leadership, and innovative schools, teacher professional development, instruction.
Associate Professor (Disaster Risk Management) at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Security (Univerzitet u Beogradu, Fakultet bezbednosti), and has been engaged in research in disaster studies for 15 years. He has published over 250 research papers and 20 scientific monographs. He is the founder of the Scientific Professional Society for Disaster Risk Management in Serbia, the International Institute for Disaster Research, and Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Disaster Risk Management.
