Academic Platform Journal of Natural Hazards and Disaster Management (APJHAD) is a peer-reviewed, multidisciplinary and open-access journal reporting on all aspects of disaster science, engineering, policy and management. The aim of the journal is to provide a platform that bridges different perspectives by presenting the latest information on disaster research, mitigation, adaptation, prevention and risk reduction at local, national and international levels. APJHAD publishes biannually (June and December) starting from 2020. The journal accepts articles written only in English. There is no fee for article submission, processing and publication. The journal is expected to have the first decision in 40 days. The following types of articles are accepted: research article, review article, case report, technical note and short communication article.
