Öz

21. yüzyılda Arktik, yalnızca jeopolitik bir alan değil, aynı zamanda kültürel bağlantısallığın da mekânı olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Türk kökenli Yakut halkına ev sahipliği yapan Saha (Yakutya) Cumhuriyeti, Arktik ile Türk Dünyası arasında benzersiz bir kültürel köprü niteliği taşımaktadır. Türk Devletleri Teşkilatı kültürel entegrasyon ve bölgesel bağlantısallık gündemini ilerletirken, Saha’nın rolü daha kurumsal bir tanınırlık kazanabilir. Bu çalışma, Saha’nın kültürel ve stratejik bir bağlayıcı olarak Türk iş birliğinin kuzeye yönelen boyutunu güçlendirme potansiyelini vurgulamaktadır.

Öz

In the 21st century, the Arctic is emerging not only as a geopolitical arena but also as a space of cultural connectivity. The Sakha (Yakutia) Republic, home to the Turkic-origin Yakut people, represents a unique cultural bridge linking the Arctic to the Turkic World. As the Organization of Turkic States advances its agenda of cultural integration and transregional connectivity, Sakha’s role could gain greater institutional recognition. This study highlights Sakha’s potential as a cultural and strategic connector, strengthening the northward dimension of Turkic cooperation.
