TÜRKİYE’NİN YATIRIM-GELİŞME YOLU

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı 1980-2019 yılları arasında Türkiye’deki doğrudan yabancı yatırım giriş ve çıkışlarındaki değişiklikleri analiz etmektir. Analiz, bir ülkenin doğrudan yabancı yatırım giriş ve çıkış pozisyonunun ekonomik gelişmeye bağlı olduğu Dunning’in yatırım-gelişme yolu teorisine dayanmaktadır. Bu teoriye göre net dış yatırım pozisyonu ve ekonomik gelişme arasında dinamik bir ilişki vardır. Ayrıca teori, ülkelerin ekonomik gelişme seviyeleri arttıkça net dış yatırım pozisyonlarının beş aşamadan geçtiğini savunmaktadır. Yapılan analiz sonucuna göre Türkiye, yatırım-gelişme yolunda üçüncü aşamanın başlarındadır ve teorinin aşamaları ile uyumlu bir ülkedir.
