Öz

Bu çalışmada üniversite öğrencilerinde sosyal ilgi ve travma sonrası büyüme arasındaki ilişkide yaşamda anlamın aracı rolünü ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 384 üniversite öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada veri toplama araçları olarak “Toplumsal İlgi Ölçeği”, “Travma Sonrası Büyüme Envanteri , “Yaşamda Anlam Ölçeği ” kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde SPSS 26.0 ve PROCESS Macro 4.2 programları kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın değişkenleri arasındaki ilişkiler Pearson Momentler Çarpımı Korelasyon Katsayısı ile aracılık analizleri PROCESS Macro, Model 4 kullanılarak test edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda sosyal ilgi ile yaşamda anlamın, anlamın varlığı ve anlam arayışı alt boyutları arasında ve sosyal ilgi ile travma sonrası büyüme arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Sosyal ilginin travma sonrası büyümenin yordayıcısı olduğu, yaşamda anlamın sosyal ilgi ve travma sonrası büyüme arasındaki ilişkide kısmı aracılık rolünün olduğu bulunmuştur.

The Pathway From Social Interest To Post-traumatic Growth Through Meaning In Life In University Students: A Mediation Analysis

Öz

This aim is to examine the mediating role of meaning in life in the relationship between social interest and post-traumatic growth. The study group consisted of 384 university students. "Social Interest Scale", "Post-traumatic Growth Inventory, "Meaning in Life Scale" were used. SPSS 26.0 and PROCESS Macro 4.2 programs were used to analyze the data obtained. The relationships between variables of the study were tested using Pearson Correlation analysis and PROCESS Macro, Model 4 was used to examine the mediating role. A significant positive relationship was found between social interest and meaning in life, and between social interest and post-traumatic growth. It was found that social interest was a predictor of post-traumatic growth, and meaning in life had a partial mediating role in the relationship between social interest and post-traumatic growth.
