The aim of this research is to examine the effects of B-fit exercises on the physical fitness and physical appearance of sedentary female individuals who regularly participate in exercise practices in B-fit gyms. 30 sedentary female individuals between the ages of 18-35 who live in the province of Malatya, regularly participate in B-fit exercises at least 5 days a week and do not receive dietary support, participated in the study. B-fit exercises were applied to the participants regularly for 8 weeks. The chest, abdomen, waist, hip, thigh, leg and biceps circumference measurements of the participants were taken using a gullick strip with a perception calculation of 0.01 cm. Body weight, body mass index, body fat rate, body water rate, body muscle rate and body visceral fat rate were taken using the tanita device (Tanita-BC 418 MA). "Paired Sample T-Test" was used in the statistical analysis evaluation of the pretest-posttest data of the research. Obtained values were accepted as mean±standard deviation (x̄±ss), and significance level as p<0.05. While it was determined that there was a statistically significant difference between the pretest-posttest values of the body weight, body mass index, body fat rate, body muscle rate, body visceral fat rate; the chest, abdomen, waist, hip, thigh and biceps circumference measurements, it was determined that there was no statistically significant difference between the pretest-posttest values of body water ratio and leg circumference measurements. As a result, it can be said that B-fit exercises applied for 8 weeks have positive effects on the physical fitness and physical appearance of sedentary female individuals in terms of many parameters.
