EVALUATION OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PRACTICES IN HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT: SAMPLE OF HADIM AND SARAYONU VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS
Abstract
The main aim of the study is to investigate the knowledge, transfer and renew the universities which are, in the process of producing knowledge and science services to benefit from the philosophy of TQM, is an important issue for skilled and qualified individuals to be trained. In this context, the aim of the study, TQM and ISO 9000 implementation in higher education institutions, influence and sustainability of the functioning of the institution to investigate. According to the results, the QMS is certified as a greater focus on quality studies Vocational Schools, the students and staff by providing ongoing training to help you troubleshoot the lack of information, providing more emphasis on student-centered education. In addition to this, the physical conditions that can create dissatisfaction, especially for the students of all learning processes, improvement, and development reached the conclusion that it should be continuous
