ALGILANAN ÖRGÜTSEL DESTEK İLE İŞTEN AYRILMA NİYETİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİDE DUYGUSAL BAĞLILIĞIN ARACI ETKİSİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Öz

Bu
çalışmanın ana amacı algılanan örgütsel destek ile işten ayrılma niyeti
arasındaki ilişkide duygusal bağlılığın aracı etkisinin incelenmesidir. Bu amacın
gerçekleştirilmesine yönelik olarak bir kamu kurumunda çalışan 236 kişiye anket
uygulanmıştır. Anket çalışması sonucunda elde edilen veriler istatistik
programlarından SPSS ve AMOS kullanılarak analiz edilmiş ve sonuçları
yorumlanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda algılanan örgütsel desteğin işten ayrılma
niyeti üzerinde negatif, duygusal bağlılık üzerinde ise pozitif bir etkisinin
olduğu ve duygusal bağlılığın algılanan örgütsel destek ile işten ayrılma
niyeti arasındaki ilişki üzerinde kısmi aracı etkisinin olduğu tespit
edilmiştir.
