The Relationships Among Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Reputation, Professional Ethical Standards and Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Öz

The aim of this study is to determine the relationships between professional ethical standards, corporate social responsibility, corporate reputation and organizational citizenship behaviors. In this study, the effect of professional ethical standards on organizational citizenship behavior was analyzed. Also the role of organizational citizenship behavior in the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate reputation was examined. In the theoretical part of the study, the concepts of corporate social responsibility, corporate reputation, organizational citizenship behavior and professional ethical standards are explained respectively. In this study, firstly, the researches about the relationship between variables were examined and research model and hypotheses were formed. For the testing of hypotheses, data were collected from 433 employees of a private hospital in Van. The data were analyzed with SPSS and AMOS software. After the statistical analyzes, the partial mediation role of organizational citizenship behavior was observed in the impact of corporate social responsibility on corporate reputation. Also, it was observed that corporate social responsibility plays a partial mediator role in the impact of professional ethical standards on organizational citizenship behavior. As a result of the analyzes, it was found that the relationships between professional ethic standards, corporate social responsibility, corporate reputation and organizational citizenship behaviors are significant and positive.

Kurumsal Sosyal Sorumluluk, Kurumsal İtibar, Profesyonel Etik Standartlar ve Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı Arasındaki İlişkiler

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı profesyonel etik standartlar, kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk, kurumsal itibar ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları arasındaki ilişkileri ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada çalışanların profesyonel etik standartlara ilişkin algısının örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Ayrıca çalışanların algıladığı kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk ile kurumsal itibar arasındaki ilişkide örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışlarının etkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın teorik kısmında sırasıyla kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk, kurumsal itibar, örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ve profesyonel etik standartlar kavramları açıklanmıştır.
Çalışmada öncelikle değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiyi ele alan araştırmalar incelenmiş ve bu doğrultuda araştırma modeli ve hipotezler oluşturulmuştur. Hipotezlerin testi için Van ilindeki 433 özel hastane çalışanından anket tekniğiyle veri toplanmıştır. Veriler SPSS ve AMOS paket programlarıyla analize tabi tutulmuştur. Gerekli istatistiksel analizler yapıldıktan sonra kurumsal sosyal sorumluluğun kurumsal itibar üzerindeki etkisinde örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışının kısmi aracı; profesyonel etik standartların örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı üzerindeki etkisinde ise kurumsal sosyal sorumluluğun yine kısmi aracı rol üstlendiği gözlenmiştir. Ayrıca analizler sonucunda profesyonel etik standartlar, kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk, kurumsal itibar ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları arasındaki ilişkilerin anlamlı ve pozitif yönde olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.
