Yıl 2018, Cilt: 22 Sayı: 4, 2249 - 2263, 31.12.2018

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı çalışanların profesyonel etik standartları benimseme
düzeyi, kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk algıları ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları
arasındaki ilişkileri incelemektir. Araştırmada kullanılan veriler,  bir ilimizdeki 211 özel hastane çalışanından yüz
yüze anket tekniğiyle toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler LISREL8.7 programı
yardımıyla yapısal eşitlik modellemesi ile analiz edilmiştir. Ulaşılan bulgular
profesyonel etik standartları benimseme düzeyinin gönüllü kurumsal sosyal
sorumluluk algısını artırdığını göstermiştir. Ayrıca ekonomik, etik ve gönüllü
sosyal sorumluluk algısının çalışanın iş arkadaşlarına yönelik vatandaşlık
davranışını artırdığı bulunmuştur. Yasal sorumluluk algısının ise örgüte
yönelik vatandaşlık davranışlarını olumlu yönde etkilediği gözlenmiştir. Bunun
yanında çalışanın profesyonel etik standartları benimseme düzeyinin örgüte
yönelik vatandaşlık davranışlarını doğrudan etkilediği de tespit edilmiştir.
