Öz

Yeniyetməlik dövrü insan həyatında intensiv psixoloji dəyişikliklərlə müşayiət olunan böhran mərhələsidir və bu mərhələdə nevrotik pozuntuların yaranması daha çox müşahidə olunur. Valideynlərin yanlış tərbiyə metodları, sosial təzyiqlər və emosional uyğunsuzluq bu problemləri dərinləşdirə bilər. Yeniyetmələrdə nevrotik pozuntular üçün tətbiq olunan psixoterapiya böyüklər üçün nəzərdə tutulan psixoterapiyadan fərqlənərək, diqqəti yayındırma, yönləndirmə və ailəvi dinamikanın bərpasına yönəlir. Bu yanaşma uşağın psixoloji müdafiə mexanizmlərini gücləndirməyi və sosial uyğunlaşmanı artırmağı hədəfləyir. Psixokorreksiya daha çox davranışın modifikasiyasına yönəldilən qısamüddətli müdaxilə forması kimi, psixoterapiya isə şəxsiyyətin dərin dəyişimini və emosional sabitliyin bərpasını təmin edən uzunmüddətli proses kimi dəyərləndirilir. Araşdırma göstərir ki, bu iki metodun inteqrasiyası yeniyetmələrin emosional tarazlığının və şəxsiyyət inkişafının təminində mühüm rol oynayır.

Psychotherapeutic and Psychocorrectional Methods for Neurotic Disorders in Adolescence

Öz

Adolescence is a critical developmental stage characterized by intensive psychological transformations and heightened emotional sensitivity, during which neurotic disorders are more frequently observed. Improper parenting styles, social pressures, and emotional maladjustments can exacerbate these issues. Psychotherapy applied to adolescents with neurotic disorders differs from adult therapy by emphasizing distraction, redirection, and the restoration of family dynamics. This approach aims to strengthen the adolescent’s psychological defense mechanisms and enhance social adaptation. Psychocorrection, typically a short-term intervention focused on behavioral modification, complements psychotherapy, which serves as a long-term process aimed at deep personality transformation and the restoration of emotional stability. The study demonstrates that the integration of these two methods plays a crucial role in maintaining emotional balance and fostering the holistic development of adolescents.
