The Relationship Between the Construction Industry and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) Growth in Azerbaijan

Öz

This article examines the interaction between the construction industry and economic development in the Republic of Azerbaijan, with a particular focus on gross domestic product (GDP) growth. The construction sector functions as one of the strategic pillars of the national economy, and its development exerts a significant influence on the country’s overall economic performance. Using statistical data, the study evaluates the impact of changes in construction activity on GDP growth and derives scientific conclusions based on the empirical results. In addition, the article discusses the interrelationship between the development of the construction industry and other economic sectors, the role of state policy, and the importance of strategic measures. Overall, the continued development of the construction industry provides a foundation for sustainable and balanced economic growth in Azerbaijan and serves as a decisive factor in supporting GDP growth.

Azerbaycan’da İnşaat Sektörü ile Gayri Safi Yurt İçi Hasıla (GSYH) Büyümesi Arasındaki İlişki

Öz

Bu makale, Azerbaycan Cumhuriyeti’nde inşaat sektörü ile ekonomik kalkınma arasındaki etkileşimi, özellikle gayri safi yurt içi hasıla (GSYH) büyümesi bağlamında incelemektedir. İnşaat sektörü, ulusal ekonominin stratejik temel sektörlerinden biri olarak işlev görmekte olup, gelişimi ülkenin genel ekonomik performansı üzerinde önemli bir etkiye sahiptir. Çalışmada, istatistiksel veriler kullanılarak inşaat faaliyetlerindeki değişimlerin GSYH büyümesi üzerindeki etkisi analiz edilmekte ve elde edilen ampirik bulgulara dayanarak bilimsel sonuçlar ortaya konulmaktadır. Ayrıca makalede, inşaat sektörünün gelişimi ile diğer ekonomik sektörler arasındaki karşılıklı ilişkiler, devlet politikasının rolü ve stratejik önlemlerin önemi ele alınmaktadır. Genel olarak, inşaat sektörünün gelişiminin sürdürülmesi, Azerbaycan ekonomisinin sürdürülebilir ve dengeli büyümesi için bir temel oluşturmakta ve GSYH büyümesini destekleyen belirleyici bir unsur olarak öne çıkmaktadır.
