Higher Education in the Era of Digital Globalization: International Experiences in the Implementation of Artificial Intelligence–Based Management Models

Öz

This study examines educational management as a core component of governance within the context of contemporary digital transformation. Educational management is considered as a system that includes the organization, planning, coordination, and supervision of educational processes and resources. With the development of artificial intelligence and the rise of digital globalization, higher education management structures are increasingly adapting to the requirements of digital society. Artificial intelligence and technological innovations have become widely used as essential tools supporting decision-making and institutional operations. The research applies analytical approaches such as the synthesis and modeling of socio-cultural processes to analyze the integration of digital technologies into education. Particular attention is given to the application of information technologies in educational environments, ensuring wide access to information resources, improving the effectiveness of distance learning models, and expanding their practical implementation. The study concludes that artificial intelligence contributes to enhancing educational management, optimizing organizational processes, and strengthening the functional capacity of digital learning systems.
