Mobil iletişim teknolojilerindeki gelişmeler ve mobil öğrenme

Öz

Mobil cihazlara küresel erişimin mümkün olması mobil öğrenmeye olan ilgiyi arttırmaktadır. 1970’lerden günümüze gelişmekte olan mobil cihazlar dinamik bir yapıda olduğundan mobil öğrenmeye dâhil edilebilecek kişisel elektronik cihazlara her geçen gün yenileri eklenmektedir. Bu cihazların yanı sıra bu cihazların ilişkili oldukları mobil teknolojiler de mobil öğrenme açısından önemli görülmektedir. Mobil kullanıcılar kullandıkları mobil cihazlar için farklı servis hizmetleri satın almaktadır. Alınan servis hizmetinin tipine göre mobil cihazlarda kullanılan ağ teknolojileri ve buna bağlı olarak birçok özellik cihazdan cihaza değişkenlik göstermektedir. Bu çalışmada mobil teknolojilerdeki teknik sınırlılıkların mobil öğrenme deneyimlerinin geliştirilmesine olan etkisi tartışılmış, mobil öğrenmeyi desteklediği öngörülen mobil teknolojiler incelenerek sağlıklı bir mobil öğrenmenin gerçekleşebilmesi için gerekli teknolojiler ve bu teknolojilerdeki gelişmelerin mobil öğrenmeye sağlayabileceği katkılar değerlendirilmiştir.
