Uzaktan eğitimde kurumsal modeller ve öğrenen destek hizmetleri uygulamaları

Öz

Yükseköğretimde yaşanan paradigma değişiminin meydana getirdiği rekabetçi ortamda yükseköğretim kurumları da işletme modeline doğru bir geçiş yaşamaktadır. Bu gelişmeler kurumların rekabetçi üstünlük kurmaları gerekliliğini de ortaya koymaktadır. Değerler zinciri modeline göre bir kurumun rekabetçi üstünlük sağlayabilmesi ve bunu sürdürebilmesi için değerler oluşturması gerekmektedir. Değerler oluşturulabilmesi ve analiz edilebilmesi için kurumun faaliyetlerinin belirli bileşenlere ayrıştırılması gerekmektedir. Bu bileşenlerinden biri de destek hizmetleridir. Bu çalışmada uzaktan eğitimde kurumsal modeller, yükseköğretimde paradigma değişimi ve değerler zinciri açıklanmaktadır. Ayrıca değerler zinciri modelinde ayrıştırılmış bir bileşen olan destek hizmetleri, uzaktan eğitim kurumları ve uygulamaları bağlamında ele alınmaktadır.
