Koronavirüs (Covid-19) pandemi süreci ve pandemi sonrası dünyada eğitime yönelik değerlendirmeler: Yeni normal ve yeni eğitim paradigması

Öz

Koronavirüs (Covid-19) pandemisi ile beraber yakın geçmişte ütopik olarak değerlendirilebilecek deneyimler, 2020 yılının başından itibaren küresel olarak tüm dünyada yaşanmaya başlanmıştır. Hayatın her alanını etkileyen Covid-19 özellikle eğitime yönelik bakış açısını da yeniden değerlendirmeyi gerektiren sonuçlar doğurmuştur. Eğitime yönelik değerlendirmelerin kavramsal tartışmalar bağlamında ele alındığı bu tarama çalışmasında acil uzaktan eğitim (emergency remote education) ve uzaktan eğitim (distance education) kavramları açıklanmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra pandemi süresince ortaya çıkan durumlara göre eğitim teknolojileri, uzaktan eğitimde ders tasarımı, ölçme değerlendirme, dijital veriler ve etik, yeni eğitsel roller, dijital yeterlilikler ve dijital beceriler, dijital dönüşüm, dijital bölünme, eğitimde açıklık felsefesi, sosyal eşitlik, travma ve kaygı, ilgi, anlayış ve empati pedagojisi, destek toplulukları ve mekanizmaları ile yükseköğretimde ekonomik boyut bağlamında değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre koronavirüs pandemisinin eğitim alanını doğrudan ve dolaylı olarak birçok şekilde etkilediği, eğitimde sürekliliği her koşulda sağlamak için köklü reformlara ve stratejik planlamaya ihtiyaç olduğu görülmüştür.
