Çevik Okul Ölçeğinin (ÇOÖ) Geliştirilmesi: Geçerlik ve Güvenirlik Çalışması

Öz

Bu araştırmanın amacı, okulların örgütsel çevikliğini belirlemeye elverişli, geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı geliştirmektir. Bu amaçla ilk aşamada, örgütsel çeviklik ile ilgili ilgili alanyazın taranmış ve buna bağlı olarak otuz beş maddelik maddelik bir madde havuzu oluşturulmuştur. Daha sonra hazırlanan maddeler eğitim yönetimi ve ölçme-değerlendirme alanlarında 11 uzmana gönderilmiştir. Uzmanlardan gelen öneriler doğrultusunda yeniden düzenlenen 23 maddelik taslak ölçek Ankara ilindeki altı farklı ilçeden toplam 376 yönetici ve öğretmene uygulanmıştır. Çevik Okul Ölçeği’nin (ÇOÖ) yapı geçerliğini belirlemek amacıyla birinci çalışma grubu ile (175 katılımcı) Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi (AFA), ikinci çalışma grubu ile de (349 katılımcı) ikinci düzey Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi (DFA) yapılmıştır. AFA sonucunda üç faktörden ve 21 maddeden oluşan bir model ortaya çıkmıştır. Her bir faktör sırasıyla ‘’esneklik’’, teknoloji’’ ve ‘’hız’’ olarak isimlendirilmiştir. Daha sonra üç faktörlü bu model DFA’da doğrulanmıştır. Ölçeğe ait Cronbach Alpha, Spearman Brown, Guttman ve test tekrar test hesaplamaları ise ölçeğin güvenilir bir veri toplama aracı olduğunu göstermiştir. Tüm bu bulgulara dayalı olarak ÇOÖ’nün okulların dijital yönetim özelliklerini belirlemeye elverişli, geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
