Farklı Asma (Vitis vinifera L.) Çeşitlerinin Budama Atıklarındaki Lignin, Karbonhidrat Miktarları ve Lif Özellikleri

Öz

Bu çalışmada, asma (Vitis vinifera L.) çeşitlerine ait budama atıklarında lignin miktarları, karbonhidrat

kompozisyonu ve miktarları ile bazı lif özellikleri incelenmiştir. Çeşitlerde ramnoz (%0,40–0,91), ksiloz

(%17,05-20,49), arabinoz (%1,15-1,96), mannoz (%1,10-1,98), glukoz (%44,29-46,29) ve galaktoz (%1,40-

1,98) monosakkarit birimleri olarak tespit edilmiştir. Klason lignini miktarları %25,15 ile %21,74 arasında

belirlenmiştir. Çeşitlerde ölçülen lif uzunluğu değerleri 350 ile 3500 μm arasında, lif genişliği değerleri ise 5 ile

40 μm aralığında yer almıştır. Lif boyutlarından hesaplanan keçeleşme oranı değerleri 46,22 ile 74,88 arasında

sıralanmıştır. Asma çeşitlerinin budama atıklarından elde edilen sonuçların geniş yapraklı ağaç türleri ile

karşılaştırılabilir düzeyde olduğu görülmüştür.

Lignin, Carbohydrate Content and Fiber Properties of Pruning of Different Grapevine (Vitis vinifera L.) Cultivars

Öz

In this study, lignin, carbohydrate content and some fiber properties of pruning of grapevine (Vitis vinifera L.)

cultivars were investigated. Rhamnose (0.40-0.91%), xylose (17.05-20.49%), arabinose (1.15-1.96%), mannose

(1.10-1.98%), glucose (44.29-46.29%) and galactose (1.40-1.98%) were determined as monosaccharide units of

the cultivars. Klason lignin contents were found between 25.15% and 21.74%. Fiber lengths and widths of the

cultivars were measured between 350-3500 μm and 5-40 μm, respectively. Felting powers were calculated

between 46.22 and 74.88 from fiber dimensions. Results showed that properties of pruning of grapevine cultivars

investigated for the study are comparable to hardwood species.
