As a public space, users of the botanic park have a wide range of different abilities, capabilities, age, gender, and language. Considering the diversity of users, the fact that such areas are not designed as inclusive, especially for the elderly, disabled, and children, cause usage and access problems. From this point of view, the purpose of the study is to analyze the accessibility and usability of Trabzon Botanical Park from a universal design view and to produce solutions by revealing the problems faced by people with different disabilities and abilities with the scenarios created. Tıtles discussed in the study are entrances - parking lots, signs and symbols, pavement and walkways, tactile surfaces, stairs, ramps, and urban furniture. Qualitative and quantitative methods were used as data collection tools in the study. The study area was analyzed by on-site monitoring, filling the checklists, usage observations, measurement, and photography techniques. As a result of the study, when the use of Botanical Park by visitors with diverse abilities is evaluated, accessibility is problematic and not efficient considering the whole park area.
