This study investigates the relationship between cyberbullying, screen time, and school happiness. The findings show that as adolescents spend more time using digital devices, the risk of cyberbullying increases, which negatively affects their school happiness. It was also revealed that students exposed to cyberbullying feel unsafe at school, and the overall school atmosphere is negatively influenced. The study highlights that school happiness plays a key role in adolescents’ school experiences and academic success. Therefore, it is recommended that schools create environments that support students’ psychosocial development. Providing a safe and supportive school climate is considered essential to prevent cyberbullying. Additionally, limiting adolescents’ screen time and encouraging conscious, responsible use of technology is advised. By examining the relationship between cyberbullying and school happiness, this research contributes valuable information for preventing such negative behaviors in schools. The study emphasizes the importance of school-based strategies to promote student well-being and reduce cyberbullying.
