Öz

18. yüzyılın son çeyreğinde Niccolo Paganini ile başladığı kabul edilen “virtüöz kemancı-besteci” anlayışı kısa sürede başta Fransa, Almanya ve Rusya olmak üzere Avrupa’nın her yerinde kabul görmüştür. Bu anlayışı kabul eden kemancı-besteciler 19. yüzyıl boyunca bir yandan keman müziğinin devamlılığını sağlarken, diğer yandan teknik becerilerini geliştirmeye odaklanmışlardır. Bu gelişim zamanla bir gelenek haline gelmiş ve hemen her kemancı-besteci solo keman için teknik seviyeleri zorlayacak ölçüde etüt veya kapris dizileri yazmaya başlamışlardır. Henri Vieuxtemps’ın Op.16 Konser Etütleri sözü edilen bu anlayışın en önemli örneklerinden biridir.
Bu çalışmada dünyaca ünlü kemancı-besteci Henri Vieuxtemps’ın ileri düzey keman eğitiminde oldukça önemli bir yeri olan Op.16 Konser Etütleri No.1 teknik açıdan incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bilgi ve bulguların yalnızca eğitim süreci için değil, eserin çalımında da yol gösterici olması öngörülmektedir.

Öz

The "virtuoso violinist-composer" understanding, which is accepted to have emerged with Niccolo Paganini in the last quarter of the 18th century, has been accepted all over Europe, especially in France, Germany and Russia in a short time. Violinist-composers who have adopted such understanding focused on improving their technical skills while maintaining the continuity of violin music throughout the 19th century. This development has become a tradition over time, and almost every violinist-composer has begun to write etude or whimsical series to a degree that would challenge the technical level for solo violin. Op. 16 Concert Studies by Henri Vieuxtemps are one of the most important examples of this understanding.
In this study, Op.16 Concert Studies No.1, which has an important place in the advanced violin education of the world-famous violinist-composer Henri Vieuxtemps, was examined technically. It is envisaged that the information and findings obtained as a result of the research will guide not only the educational process but also the playing of the work.
