ÖZET
Gelişen teknoloji ile birlikte rektum kanseri cerrahisinin uygulamalarında da birtakım yenilikler
ortaya çıkmıştır. Konvansiyonel laparoskopinin yanı sıra, tek insizyonla laparoskopik cerrahi, robotik
cerrahi ve transanal total mezorektal eksizyon bu yöntemler arasındadır. Birbirlerine ve
açık cerrahiye üstünlükleri halen bir güncel araştırma konularıdır.

ABSTRACT
Advancing Technologies have led to new methods in the surgery of rectal cancer. Besides
conventional laparoscopy, single incision laparoscopic surgery, robotic surgery and transanal
total mesorectal excision are among these methods. Their superiorities over each other and
over open surgery are still current topics of research.
