HETEROPTROPHİC CESAREAN SCAR PREGNANCY

Öz

Cesarean Scar Pregnancy defined by Larsen and Solomon in 1978   for the first time, have great importance in ectopic pregnancy due to the difficulties in diagnosis and clinical management. This incidence continues to rise because of the increasing number of cesarean deliveries worldwide. Cesarean Scar Pregnancy, especially heterothopic Cesarean Scar Pregnancy may cause serious morbidity and mortality in pregnancy. Although ıt has been reported in the literature before, heterothopic  Cesarean Scar Pregnancy  have been very rarely reported in the litarature.

 In this paper we report a intrauterine pregnancy associated with  cesarean Scar Pregnancy . As an identified cesarean scar pregnancy or heterothopic  Cesarean Scar Pregnancy  was detected, early ultrasound-guided suction curettage may be an effective and safe treatment.

ÖZET

Sezaryen skar gebeliği ilk defa Larsen and Solomon tarafından 1978 yılında tanımlanmıştır, klinik yönetim ve tanı koymadaki zorluk nedeniyle ektopik gebelikler içerisinde büyük öneme sahiptir. Tüm dünyada sezaryen oranlarının artması nedeniyle insidans giderek artarak devam etmektedir. Sezaryen skar gebeliği özelliklede heterotopic sezaryen skar gebeliği gebelikte ciddi morbidite ve mortaliteye sebep olabilir. Daha önce  litaratürde bildirilmesine ragmen hetorotopik sezaryen skar gebeliği çok nadir olarak bildirilmiştir.

Biz intrauterin gebelikle birlikte görülen, sezaryen skar gebeliğini olgusunu sunduk. Sezaryen skar gebeliği veya heterotopic sezaryen skar gebeliği tespit edildiğinde, ultrason görüntülemesi altında erkenden karmen küretaj ile başarılı ve emniyetli olarak tedavi edilebilir
