Öz

Digital technologies provide significant conveniences such as faster access to information, reduced dependence on time and space, and increased efficiency in work processes. However, constant, intense, and often compulsory interaction with these technologies may also lead to adverse effects on individuals. In this context, technostress refers to the cognitive, behavioral, and emotional challenges individuals experience when using digital tools. In this study, a bibliometric analysis was conducted on the body of scientific publications addressing technostress within the field of management and business. Two major international academic databases—Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus—were used in the data collection process. A total of 505 publications were identified, including 247 from WoS and 258 from Scopus. During the data processing stage, duplicate records were removed, and incomplete or inaccurate data were cleaned and verified. Consequently, 331 valid records were retained for analysis. The data analysis was carried out using the R Studio software, employing the bibliometrix and biblioshiny packages. The bibliometric indicators examined in the study include publication trends over the years, the most productive authors, the most cited studies, prominent journals, keyword analyses, and collaboration networks.
