Culture and organizational culture is a complex issue. There are many definitions of culture, too. The most comprehensive research project about culture is GLOBE Project so far. The GLOBE researchers identifies nine “cultural dimensions” by using the similarities and differences among various societal and organizational cultures as independent variables. In this article are researched and studied interaction of GLOBE cultural dimensions through fuzzy DEMATEL methodology. The article, tests a suggested hypothesis by using fuzzy DEMATEL after theory research on culture, organizational culture, measurement of culture and GLOBE Project and explanation of fuzzy DEMATEL methodology and its implementation. According to the results of fuzzy DEMATEL, while Institutional Collectivism, Humanistic Orientation, Performance Orientation, Future Orientation, Gender Equality are determined as the influencing cultural factors, respectively, Performance Orientation and Avoiding Uncertainty, Intra-Group Collectivism, Self-Confidence / Entrepreneurship and Power Distance were determined as the affected cultural elements.
