It is an undeniable fact that the implementation of sustainability studies for the textile industry, which is known to be resource-intensive, will ensure the economic development of the industry and leave a positive impact on the stages of supply chain management in environmental and social terms. There are many parameters that need to be addressed in order to ensure sustainability in supply chain management. The progress of companies aiming at sustainability in line with the needs of the textile industry according to these parameters will further reduce possible resource losses. The present study aims to investigate the variables affecting sustainability in supply chain management by addressing this issue. The customer-oriented approach, delivery-oriented approach, resource use and product-oriented approach variables determined according to the variables of the qualifications of the companies and the relationship between them are discussed with the Structural Equation Model. The 35 variables determined in the study were grouped into five hidden variables and the effect levels of the values were determined. Effective risk management, fulfillment of customer requests, order tracking, use of recyclable packaging, accuracy of forecasting techniques have the highest effect levels.
