Akut Lenfoblastik Lösemide İzole Optik Sinir Relapsı: İki Olgu Sunumu
Öz
Lösemili hastalarda yoğun kemoterapi, intratekal metotrexate tedavileri ve proflaktik santral sinir sistemi radyoterapisine rağmen ekstramedüller relapslar görülebilmektedir. Akut lenfoblastik lösemili hastalarda izole optik sinir relapsı nadir görülür ve kemik iliği tutulumu gelişmeden önce ani görme kaybı ile belirti verebilir. Erken tanı ve hızlı tedavi ile görüş kaybı tamamen düzeltilebilir. Burada izole optik sinir tutulumu ile relaps olan ve ani görme kaybı ile başvuran 10 ve 12 yaşlarında, pre-T akut lenfoblastik lösemili, iki erkek hasta literatür bilgileri eşliğinde tartışıldı.
