Current Veterinary Science aims to contribute to the literature by publishing manuscripts at the highest scientific level in all veterinary and animal science fields. The journal publishes original research articles (full-length), short communications, case reports, letters to the editor and reviews.

Current Veterinary Science (Curr Vet Sci) is an international, scientific, open-access periodical published in accordance with the principles of independent, objective and double-blind peer review. The journal is the official publication of Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and is published twice a year, in June and December. The publication language of the journal is English.

Current Veterinary Science is published regularly and continuously two times a year. It is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal for the publication of original research articles (full-length), short communications, case reports, letters to the editor and reviews in English on all aspects of the veterinary and animal sciences
