Öz
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Tepper (2000) tarafından geliştirilmiş olan istismarcı yönetim ölçeğinin güvenirlik ve geçerlik analizinin yapılması olup, Adana ilindeki özel sektör işletmelerinde çalışma yaşamına devam eden çalışanları kapsayan anket yöntemiyle yapılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde açımlayıcı faktör analizi ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışma sonucunda, Tepper’ın (2000) geliştirdiği istismarcı yönetim ölçeğinin Türkiye’deki istismarcı yönetimin analiz ve araştırılmasında güvenilir ve geçerli bir ölçüm aracı olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.
